Providence, RI October 21, 2018 - At the 2018 Transferware Collectors Club Annual Meeting, TCC Database General Editor Connie Rogers announced an important milestone achieved in September. Thanks to a team of dedicated volunteer Pattern Editors, the club's Database of Patterns and Sources now contains more than 15,000 patterns transfer-printed on British pottery and porcelain between 1760 and 1900, and over 1,000 print and ceramic designs identified as sources for selected patterns. All entries have been carefully researched and documented by experts in the field.

This online database can be used on most computer, tablet and mobile phone formats. It provides users with easy online access to an invaluable source of information about transfer-printed patterns and their sources. Patterns can be searched by Pattern (and Series) Names, Maker's Names, Maker's Marks, Pattern Categories, Borders, Predominant Features, and by the Print and Ceramic Sources that inspired them. TCC members are able to access the full database with their login and password, and are able to print, download and share pattern records of interest.

Current TCC members enjoy full access to the database as a benefit of their membership. Non-members can access and utilize the database for a limited 24-hour period for just $10. For users who then wish to become TCC members, the $10 access fee will be applied to the full-year membership. Both Household and Business/Institutional Memberships are available. This robust and ever-growing database has become a valuable resource for archaeologists, ceramic researchers, collectors, curators, dealers, and historians.
